So far, after many months of ownership, I'm still pleased with the microwave BUT one annoying detail about the microwave is that if you're boiling water and large amounts of steam rise directly under where the controls are located, the microwave will switch modes and beep once being forced to clear settings

The only thing about this microwave is you open it on the top, right corner. It's a very small indentation and often difficult to find and open. I'm getting used to it and otherwise I love it.

The part of this unit that does not work well is the display for your options are not illuminated at all in a dark setting. You need to take a flashlight or turn the lights on so you can see what you are doing for making popcorn or whatever I will not buy another one like this
