I had bought a slimline whirlpool and returned it within a week. Had this one about a month and love it. One downside is, I was hoping for better hoodvent pressure, but pretty sure it is my ducting vs the actual microwave. It is better than my previous one, just not as much as I hoped.

This flaw wasn't mentioned by sales staff when I bought it. This is a stupid design flaw in an otherwise acceptable appliance

Does not heat. Called samsung and repair cost is more than the cost of the unit. Uttery disappointed. Never had samsung appliance failed so quickly.

This microwave though called "Slim" weighs some amount. It had to be reinforced to anchor onto its top connection by another wood support and hardware. You do not realize this at 1st view.

They stop working and i dont know why. Luckly i get extended waranty on them so no additional vost for replacing only warranty amount paid. When it works there are no issues but to be the third one i have to get within 2 years i wouldnt recommend it.
