Very nice microwave and works great whenever you have a full samsung kitchen but i wish the buttons lit up or something. At night it’s impossible to see what keys to hit

I should have seen this coming based on the other reviews about this microwave but alas, here I am. Fantastic when it was working, but like others, about a year and a half in and it stops working. When trying to warm up food, it now just makes a fan noise like it would if you pressed the fan button on the microwave. Absolutely not worth the headache at all. Totally regret this purchase.

I really like this sleek microwave. It can be hooked up to Alexa and you can turn on and off the light and fan with your voice. Since it’s so slim it does stick out a little farther than a conventional microwave. Other than that it’s a great addition to put over my new Samsung induction range.

Smaller footprint doesn't mean that it isn't powerful. Previously had a standard size over the range microwave bit this one takes less time when warming up food. Adding this to my existing smarthome enables me to control the lights, stop microwave right fr my phone.

This is a great microwave. Convenient and space saving.. a lot of really cool features.

This vents air out the top-front so it was perfect for my cabinets, which allowed the microwave to stick out about 5 inches and air to flow freely. I really like the look of this too. It is a nice microwave!

Love that it is slim line and works well. Miss the push a 1 and it cooks for one minute, on this one it will do one second. So that is the only down side that i have encountered so far.

Bought it open box and it still came in brand new condition works great I have no issues with it. The smart feature lets you control the light or the hood from your phone.

Complete JUNK. It died in two years, and SAMSUNG just throws up their hands... I purchased all new appliances after having good results from Samsung in the past. All my appliances lasted over a decade and were still working when I updated them. After Mutiple trouble shooting calls and clueless people at Samsung support I'm being told to replace the unit at my expense. Needless to say, I am very disappointed. You would think the least they would do is a very deep discount along with free delivery and installation since I have already pair full retail on all of these items. I'm sure my old Microwave is still working for my neighbor who picked it up FREE from my curb! What horrible customer retention from such a giant company.

nice microwave, but beware, it is 3" deeper than a standard size microwave. i bought one because i REALLY liked the slim style and extra clearance, but it stuck out so far from the cabinet that it just didn't look right. Had to return it.

Absolutely love this! Bought this for my new kitchen remodel. I have a small kitchen and needed all the space I can get but didn't want a bulky microwave. I trust samsung 100% love their products ❤️ plus got this for a great price.

Fit perfect above my new gas stove. Just moved and bought a home. Treated myself to a bundle of appliances. Sales rep Thomas was so helpful, knowledgeable. The microwave I bought with the bundle was too big for new kitchen. Best Buy worked with me to get the one picture.

Love the slim look which gives more space above the stove. It does come out farther then our previous microwave as far as the depth goes. Hoping it last a long time but Only time will tell!

It is a nice microwave but I would prefer a larger handle area
