It’s been less than 25 days and the microwave is already broken. The keypad doesn’t work. Can’t return it because Best Buy has a 15 day return policy. Sucks! Now I have to deal with manufacturer to try to get my brand new microwave to work.

Now I need to have them out again. The key pad freezes and will not register any input. Do not buy this product. The mother board is bad or something.
