This microwave motherboard or sensors started malfunctioning after about 6 months. By 1 year none of the buttons worked. The ventahood would come on all by it's self and go through all 4 settings and then turn off and start all over again. Now, nothing will work. We have to keep it unplugged. It's just sitting there taking up space. So, I'm looking for a new microwave. Definitely not worth the money I spent on it.

We love this microwave so far. The connectivity to my smart things app makes it simple to use.

Looks great and saved us so much counter space. Now I need to paint my cabinets.

installed on Feb 5th 2024 the microwave needs your phone to set the time- every time! If there is a power outage. get out your phone. The fan turn on by it's self randomly all day and night. this microwave is dangerous and a fire hazard. DO NOT BUY IT. Samsung support basically will tell you it's out of warranty (1 year). The part is $229 plus labor. do your self and your family a favor. do not consider Samsung.

Great service great installation everything perfect

The microwave glass door shattered and although it’s still under warranty Samsung is giving me the run around and not fixing. It’s over the oven and they won’t replace the door unless I pay another company to take it down. They will then fix it but then I have to pay someone to install it again.

Plug it in before you install it. Mine was brand new and broken right out of the box. I now have to wait a week, have it uninstalled, have the new one reinstalled, and hope it works.... error code c-f2, means the microwave isn't talking to the buttons. Such a waste of a Sunday, now I'll have to take a Friday off for delivery, and a Saturday for installation.

I had this microwave a little over a year now. An error code C-F2 is showing up on the touchpad. I have to be real honest. A microwave at this price should last at least 2 years. The cost to repair this microwave after the warranty expires is about the same price as a new one. I would HIGHLY suggest an extended warranty thru Best Buy on this product. As of right now, it's a super large paper weight.

Junk. After light use for 6 months I keep getting an error code. Which is common for Samsung junk appliances. To get it serviced I have to uninstall it myself. Are you kidding me! I might just buy another non-Samsung if I have to go through all of this.

This over the range microwave did not suit my small kitchen area at all. It is a very slim profile, so only 10 inches in height and I could barely see inside of it. Also, the door is 30 inches long, which extends out too far.

I love my microwave. I have so much more space due to its slim size.

My fridge came in damaged , it’s bent from underneath and it was dirty. I wasn’t able to get a replacement for this purchase

I got so much running around before i could get this microwave for my elderly mom...still did not get it for Thanksgiving...disappointed

We like this microwave for several reasons: We're thrilled to have it off our counter! It's spacious even though "only" 1.1 cu ft. Plenty of room for a large plate or a large mug. It's very powerful. It's also low profile, so fits perfectly. CONS: (capitalized because they're significant!) The keypad does not light up! Can't see it without the room light on. That's a deal-breaker, and I would have shopped around more if I'd known beforehand. After two weeks we still haven't figured out pre-sets. Basically useless. The lights underneath are halogen, so are very hot. The inside of the microwave actually gets very warm if it's left on, so I'm not comfortable using it as a night light. Also, the touchpad control for the fan is right near the door and I've touched it several times in the two weeks we've had it. Very annoying for the fan to suddenly come on when I'm opening the door. The fan itself is strong, with 4 speeds. It's very loud on 4, and that's where it starts when you push the button. I wish it started at 1 and we could choose to turn it up. We will use 1 90% of the time. Overall it's solid, but I would have passed on it if I'd known what I know now.

Looks and works great! Very powerful so the minimum cook time should be used. The slim profile fits well under our new cabinets and over the gas stove. Two minor issues: one is that the key pad is difficult to see without bright lighting, and the directions for the set up of the clock is missing a necessary step in the quick start guide.

I love this microwave, What caught my attention was the hood vent description. It sticks out farther than my old microwave for better vent coverage. So I took the interior dimension and measured my largest bowls I use in the micro wave. To my surprise they would all fit. I had a lot of wasted space. Third thing was the added space above the stove. I installed it easily myself with my wife helping hold it while I screwed it in. The space saving above the stove is amazing. Even with the extra bit sticking out, I have more cooking space. The vent is as good as they say. And works great as I use the stove. I am so happy I took the leap and got a non-traditional microwave. It doesn’t have a lot of bells and whistles, but I never used them on any other microwave so I don’t miss them.

Great design and color! Easy to set up and use, sleek looking and doesn’t take up a lot of space over the stove. A lot of venting options to fit any kitchen setup .

I loved how easy this microwave was to install. My house is older and didn’t have a very large kitchen so when I found this item, I was pretty excited to add it in the remodel! I mounted it in about an hour and probably could’ve been faster if I had some help. The microwave works amazing and has a lot of cool features. I got it during the black friday sale which was a huge plus but after having it a couple of months, I would pay full price for it! I get a lot of compliments on how cool looks

Great size, powerful, looks nice! Only thing negative is the buttons on the door are right where you open the door and we push them accidentally when opening. Most frustrating is the fan button getting pushed. Wish the buttons were placed about 2 inches higher from the bottom. Otherwise, great microwave!

It's a great microwave that fits over the stove. The only thing I can complain about is that sometimes when I open the door my hand hits the buttons on the outside and I'm accidentally turning on the light or the fan. Not a deal breaker. It would also be nice if the touchpad was a little more illuminated. It works as it should. The lights and vents work great. Installation was easier with two people because it's heavier. But it looks nice. Still haven't figured out why it needs wi-fi.
