Replaced my 27 year old unit that was still working with Samsung junk. Samsung appliances ..... RUN!!! Ranges, Refrigerators, you name it, they have full time staff 24 / 7 to help with just 20 people in front of your call because they can't make product that lasts anymore.

Sleek and low profile. 3 stars due to these items: Only one screw in entire package. Templates were for a different set of microwaves. Instructions included were not for our microwave. Had to drill and hack since the templates were not correct. (Now I know why I dont read directions).

Freezes and does not work

Now I need to have them out again. The key pad freezes and will not register any input. Do not buy this product. The mother board is bad or something. No one cares to replace it no matter what I try or say.
