Very Nice microwave but deep

A regular microwave has the motor on top, where this one is in the back so it is deeper. In other words it covers more of your stove top, but on the plus side it is very nice, blue interior, wireless, heats items very well

The microwave oven looks great, but after installing it the door won't open. the wall is too close. nobody's fault but mine. I didn,t try to open it before installing. Not Best Buy's fault, I may have remove a wall. But we can't use it, it looks good above our stove

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After some time with it, we found that if you are cooking on the range below and it project heat above, it makes the comtrol board act up and it “ghost” selects options on the touch panel while not allowing you to cancel them. Not sure how no one has this issue like we do. It acts fine otherwise, however it is pretty useless if you have items on ghe stove that end up making the door hot.

Love this microwave!

I was worried, being slim, that things wouldn't fit, but we've only had one large bowl that didn't fit. It heats well and has multiple features. It looks great over our Samsung range. The only frustrating part is I constantly turn the fan on when opening the door.

Need to work making sure the customers understand what is needed and to be done prior to them coming!
