The features are not easily figured out. And the plate inside does not like to spin. Fortunately I don't use microwaves very much and just needed something that would free up space and double as a microwave and exhaust fan during a remodel.

The microwave was a pick up at the Best Buy store. When we attempted to install it was clear the box had been previously opened. There were no instructions or template to install, but worst of all the was the gist sized dent in the microwave. I had to rebox everything and bring it back- a huge waste of time and energy and then repurchase at Lowes. I won’t be buying appliances at Best Buy again.

If the microwave has power but will not respond to any commands or only certain buttons work, clean the control panel and try a power cycle. If the panel still doesn't respond, service is required.

Why else would it have an auto button. Also, the Best Buy spec sheet is incorrect - it mentions having sensor capability, which is incorrect.
