It replaced the 30 inch microwave perfectly. We also vent out and blocked the circulating vents with the plates in the original package. So far so good after two months.

Our old microwave felt large and clunky in a small kitchen with little space above the range. Having a slim microwave really helped open up the space even though this does stick out more than the average microwave.

The part of this unit that does not work well is the display for your options are not illuminated at all in a dark setting. You need to take a flashlight or turn the lights on so you can see what you are doing for making popcorn or whatever I will not buy another one like this

I did not have it installed by Best Buy because the last time I had Best Buy install my refrigerator they caused a leak which cause lots of damage to my home then denied installing the refrigerator although my paperwork and home cameras shows they installed the refrigerator. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BEST BUY INSTALLATION TEAM FOR NOTHING

I LOVE it as I am not a large user of the microwave. The worst part is the height inside the heating element does not house objects too tall, which only means you have to re-house you item.

The front panel buttons should be disabled when the door is open because they are always getting pushed when opening or closing. The lights should be led instead of halogen. App needs more functionality.
