Owned for 10 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.a solid unit, i bought it "Open Box" said there was no damage but upon unboxing i saw a large dent in the back corner. not a problem to operation and the fact that it was i the back, it was hidden when installed. the light burned out 2 times in a years span of use. easy to replace but inconvenient. good vent CFM is good and the design is sleek and clean. the only reason I would not recommend the Microwave is that it is deep, not a great fit for older style cabinets.

Quietest Microwave Ever

I replaced a range and it fit perfectly, but what I got and didn’t know I was getting is how quiet this microwave is. You can hardly hear it running so it doesn’t bother the people around you especially if it’s late at night.

The slim design looks great, this replaced a bulkier over the range unit to a modern updated look, just what we were looking for. Beside the look you can't go wrong with Samsung of which we are a fan, definitely recommend.

Your employee, Suzanne, at the Lancaster, PA store was so helpful. She explained the differences in appliances to help me choose which ones were best for me, and sat with me to figure out pricing and set up delivery. She was patient, cheerful and knowledgeable. It made this shopping trip less overwhelming!
