Bought it Open Box from Manchester, got it home and discovered parts were mising to set it up to fit our conditions. The store had displayed it and threw away the packaging and the include parts. Took days of searching, making a part we couldnt find, and are still waiting for a back ordered part.

The bad part " to me" the under unit counter top light is NOT bright at all, even on high. The exhaust on "high stting" is LOUD, i feel too loud for being rear vented through the wall

Cooking is accurate. Only down side is no power level button, need to use wifi to adjust. So you will need to able to connect to wifi.

Very loud when operating. Vent fans are loud and don't seem to move a lot of air. The door is quite long since it opens the entire width. WiFi notifications are nice if you are out of the kitchen. So far it is still working well. Need to read the manual for all of the bells and whistles.

We thought it was a defect so we got a replacement sent out and still have the same problem. Other than that (the sole reason I bought this particular microwave) it works just as it should….

The difference between the cooktop and the bottom of the over-the-range microwave should be no lesser than 14.5 inches. Any more difference, the vents would be less effective. I have shared the installation link below. Please access the link and turn to pages 7 - 8.
