The circuit board has already failed after 1.5years. It would cost $479 to repair it! Sad, they Don’t make things to last. I’m Sorry I replaced my old one that worked. I just wanted all of my appliances to match.

Microwave is fine but dealing with Best Buy has been a
true nightmere! We received 22 text from Best Buy and
their outsourced delivery service -- three home visits -
One where they forgot to bring the microwavem -- after
30+ days of texts, home visits and store visits -- we
cancelled our purchase and went to a real appliance
store where we had the same microwave delivered and
installed in less than a week!!

Other than looking nice, this is the absolute worst microwave ! The keypad is not backlit so even during the day you need a kitchen light or flashlight to be able to see the display. The product manual is unhelpful and the people at their 800 number help line are just as bad. Every time you set a cook time, you have to press START or nothing happens. Nothing is automatic. It’s antiquated and frustrating to use this product. I would NOT RECOMMEND this microwave. Ever !

I purchased this microwave in September of 2022 and I have already had issues with it. The microwave randomly started to perform like it was possessed. the microwave would start on its own and while it was running it would steadily keep adding on to the time; then the fan would turn on and switch speeds by itself. I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in to reset it and even wiping the touch screen with water incase there was something on it and it still was acting up. I'm not sure what is wrong and trying to figure out how to get it fixed. I am not sure if this is a problem anyone else has had, or if mine was just defective, but the microwave had messed up only about a year into having it. I am just now attempting to fix it so I can sell it because I purchased a new one as soon as this Samsung started messing up on me.
