All the negatives are real - the next versions of the product ‘s door design should be better. Never had a microwave that requires a light to use. But it works well as a microwave.

After that, the buttons all stopped working. This microwave is essentially useless to us after 7 months - even though it's still practically brand new! I would absolutely try to dissuade anyone from purchasing this microwave. Most people would want something to last many years when they pay hundreds of dollars for it. This will not last.

It’s either painfully loud, or off. The air recirculator is obnoxiously loud, even at the lowest speed. Pretty sure Best Buy installed it incorrectly as well because the recirculation doesn’t work. The timer function is buried too far in the menus and doesn’t operate intuitively.

Both times this shady company called mega brothers came out and had an excuse why they couldn't do the installation. Do yourself a favor. If mega brothers is scheduled for the installation, cancel the order. Best buy needs to get rid of this clown show installer.
