    Stopped heating today two weeks out of warranty. Bought it in February but did not install it until September because of the need to install and outdoor vent. Literally lasted less than a month. This is why Samsung scores so low on reliability. Never again

    Came damaged

    So far the microwave is great but I came damaged. Our install date was outside of two weeks so now we cannot return a damage microwave

    This microwave is terrible. It stopped heating after just one year. Best Buy fixed it because it was still under warranty. Two years later, it stopped heating again. Now, Best Buy tells me I have to pay a $49 service fee. A microwave worth $450 shouldn't break down twice within two years. I've bought many appliances, and this microwave has been by far the worst. $450 down the drain. I'm really disappointed in Samsung & Best buy for selling this microwave.

    I buy the product on Feb-2022 and Aug-2023 the microwave it broke, don't work anymore. I called warranty and they din't answer o replacement. Its a expensive product for only Year and half.

    Samsung low profile microwave is junk

    The low profile microwave broke after 1 use. Samsung lied 3 times about repairs. I removed the unit and returned it to BB. These units are JUNK. The return was painful and took 1.5 but worth it to get away fro the microwave

    I won't purchase this one again. Four months after buying it, the microwave powered off when I hit the light button during use. Samsung replaced the main board. About two months after the replacement, the keypad stopped working (the power is on). I won't buy a Samsung appliance again.

    I purchase a full set of Samsung kitchen appliances stainless steel top of the line. They all gave us problems a few months after warrantee. Our first microwave was a oven/convection micro replaced 3 times. So we replaced it with a regular plain microwave purchased January 19th 2023, not even a year old, and now it's not working. Their products are pure GARBAGE, JUNK. BAD BAD BAD, DONT BUY SAMSUNG!!!

    Once the control panel stopped working, was replaced under warranty. Now 2 months after warranty expired it's no longer heating. All buttons and lights work, but no microwaves.

      When a microwave isn't starting or heating, the most common reason is that it is in Demo mode. This mode is used on retail showroom floors to show off microwaves without activating their magnetron. The microwave also won't heat if it does not have enough clearance or ventilation.     Bought it in December 2022. My husband installed it on Christmas Eve morning, which was easy. Worked great, looks great... until 2/12/2023, less than 2 months of very minimal us (just me and my husband), and it stopped heating. Basically is doesnt work at all since that is it's purpose. Now waiting for a technician to come look at it, and samsung trying to get me to buy an extended warranty. first samsung appliance purchase, and likely the last.

    Good microwave installation template sucks. Good to note that if installing against a wall on one side that the handle recess is blocked. Can still be opened but not as easily. Led lights are incredible.

    The microwave it's self is awesome! My one star is for the terrible & I mean totally terrible delivery & instillation I received from Best Buy. They were over three hour late, could not communicate with me, because the installer did not speak English. The messed up my cabinets BIG time! I called to complain, your rep had me send pictures of the damage, because she said she'd file a claim for me, BUT I HAVE HEARD NOTHING. WHAT'S GOING ON BEST BUY???
