    Had to call total tech to get it replaced. Buttons stopped working and microwave would turn on on randomly and run.

    User interface is very cumbersome. Never could get the Cook Power settings figured out. Looong door gets in the way most times.

    Needs lighted keypad

    First one delivered was damaged, returned and reordered again. Best Buy very easy to make returns on items. Only problem is panel not lit so it is very difficult to see numbers unless there is a lot of light in the kitchen. Needed to keep flashlight near to unit to see keypad which is very dark without a lot of light in area.

    Cannot review an item we still have not received. I would very much like to have this item. I was last told there was 23 of these microwaves in the Charlotte warehouse and all we want is one. They keep backing up the order. Not happy.

    horrific service getting this item delivered and installed. post-poned multiple times. would like to cancel and purchase from different supplier but guess we will just have to wait.

    I love my new microwave ! It’s a good fit because I have a gas stove. The microwave is higher up so the flames won’t melt the microwave. So far so good.

    Purchased 2/28/22. Magnetron died this morning, 5/20/23, only 15 months old and of course 2 months out of warranty. Repair estimate is about $50 less than replacement. Totally dissatisfied with product and Samsung.

    So far we have had really bad luck. The first one was too noisy so we had it replaced. The second one has stopped functioning. Going for round three. Third time's a charm? Will update.
