The 2 guys showed up without a ladder, level, small vacum, marker and a light. In which i was asked to furnish. The other 2 appliance purchased & received on different days by different delivery crews did a awesome job no complaints

Do not buy this Samsung slim microwave. Best Buy sold it to me as new but it was clearly a return from a customer that damaged the product and I bought it thinking it was new. Customer service and Samsung will not replace my broken microwave- all the small print we don’t read they got me contingent upon. I bought it for the ventilation hood and the motor does not work well at all. Besides being the noisiest vent hood in the world (my toddler screams when I turn it on) it also does not ventilate. Smoke plumes fill my kitchen and living room and set firm alarms off.

Worked for 25 days and stopped, very very hard to get warranty honored as of now 2 months later still no help.

I purchased this microwave on January 19 2023. On March 10 2023 it is not working showing error code C-F2 and I cannot get the customer service with Samsung to accept the serial number and mode number to deal with the situation. It was working fine and the next time I used it I get the error code. Terrible all the way around. Don’t buy this Microwave!

Looks nice, very loud fan. The first one died within one week of use. Touchscreen stopped functioning overheated, and had to unplug. 2nd one has been working fine so far.

This microwave purchase goes over my stove. There are parts of it I really love! The fan is very powerful and sucks up all of my cooking odors. The light is bright and the slim design gives me a lot of space above my stove. The microwave is strong and easy to use. However, the door is way too wide. When you open it you have to back out of the way. Also, the location of the buttons for the fan and light or right where I grab to open the door and often turn them on inadvertently. The entire front panel is part of the door. Which makes it so wide. In my opinion it should have been designed to have the door only open in front of the microwave and not contain the control panel as well.

Nice sleek microwave. Slim design fits perfect above my gas range and still left enough room overhead for a good size cabinet. I have Not had any issues with items not fitting inside the microwave due to it not being as tall as others, In my opinion, if it doesn't fit in this microwave, it probably shouldn't be heated in a microwave anyway. Great features and easy to clean on the inside. A year and a half later and I am still happy with my purchase.

This microwave oven is very slim and features are easy to use. The air vent system works well and is pretty hefty. Remains to be seen if it will be a durable appliance hence the 4 Star rating.

Compact, best microwave fan on the market. Simple to use. App controlled if wanted. Syncs with Samsung ranges. 1150 watt power -cooks fast. Love the sensor cooking feature. Would purchase again!

I purchased the Samsung 1.1 cu. ft. Smart SLIM Over-the-Range Microwave on May 19, 2024, and it has been a fantastic upgrade! Love it. Good power, looks nice. My wife and I installed without issues. Inside is much more spacious than I thought. Presets are a pain to cycle through but they work very well.

We wanted something with a low profile, could function as a hood and has a high flow rate. This fits all the bill - and the 550 CFM is probably the highest for a microwave/hood combo. We have set it for venting outside the house as we cook/fry a lot and don’t want fumes lingering indoors. And the powerful fan delivers on that front. We did spend adequate time making sure ducts were properly sealed and there were no apparent leakages - and we found this helped making sure noise level were acceptable to our preference and comparable to our regular 300 CFM over the range microwave it replaced. I wouldn’t recommend microwave to be used in recirculating mode as 550 CFM blowing from top of the microwave back into the kitchen will be noisy. Other than, two stage cooking is a great feature. Wi-fi connectivity is fine but we don’t use it much. Overall, happy with purchase.

This microwave is awesome! Its a perfect fit for it over our stove. It runs great! An awesome light and fan too!

Love the slender form factor of this Microwave. Fan speed is good, but he button is in the worst location....you end up pressing it every time you open the door.

Very heavy! Love the sleek design of this over the range. The led lights on the bottom are amazing and the vent works great. Simple to mount but definitely a 2 person job.
