Replaced a 16" tall unit. The Slim unit opened up the space above the stove has a better exhaust fan and LED illumination. It is powerful and big enough for our use.

Love the slender form factor of this Microwave. Fan speed is good, but he button is in the worst location....you end up pressing it every time you open the door.

Very slim. Looks really nice and takes up much less space. The fan seems better than our previous microwave which surprised me based on the size of the unit. Our previous microwave was one of the current LG, really nice, though we wanted to match appliances. Links to Wi-Fi; app or Alexa for different controls as well.

The microwave is minimal in size but offers all the same features as the other massive over the range microwaves. I haven’t had an issue since install. Be aware that since it is minimal in hieght it does add in depth quite a bit conpared to other microwaves.

It uses standard vent in the back so it was easy to install it. Instructions were clear. Looks fantastic. It is heavy and needs two people to lift it into bracket on the wall.

First off, this microwave is amazing. It microwaves food very well and vents out my kitchen like a champ. The reason for the three stars is because of the price, $450 for a microwave is just crazy, and that was on sale. Even though it’s slim design and “smart”, the price is absolutely atrocious. But if you’ve got extra money layin around, I highly recommend.

I highly recommend this Microwave. The design is beautiful and very sleek in the kitchen. The hood ventilation suction works really well. Every guest comes to our new house comment on this Microwave. I’m a happy customer.

We replaced our GE microwave that vents outside...noise level was 66 db. This Samsung slim microwave at the highest level...noise level is 75 db. Not much of a noise level difference. This microwave does suck out a lot more of the smoke, smell when we cook in our gas range. A lot less odor inside the house. A few note on installing a microwave that does a wall venting....this goes for other brands as well. Since, you have to center this microwave under the kitchen cabinet.....you will have a high probability of hitting a wall stud. Vent hole is 12 inches...distance between wall studs is 16 inches. Our builder...made a smaller vent hole so that they will not hit the wall stud. My advice...get someone to professionally make your vent hole. Suggestion for Samsung....since it will be almost impossible to center the wall vent hole and miss both wall studs....can you make an adjustment at the back of the microwave so that we can cover part of the microwave vent hole?

This OTR microwave is not only stylish, but operates with ease! We have this vented to the outside and the boost function for ventilation is awesome. We get a lot of “oh wow, that’s a cool microwave.”

This has been an awesome Microwave. Very good quality and works very well. It doesn’t have a backlit screen but it functions ver well for what it is.

This fit very well above the stove of the Samsung induction stove and works with SmartThings which incorporates the stove and the microwave to work together.

Loved this microwave at first for its more practical, space-saving design. We only warm our leftovers and coffee, so we didn't need a large appliance taking up space. The annoying placement of the fan that shouldn't be the closest to the right of the door opening. The second, and probably most significant, issue is that after one year, the keypad has connection issues when powering up, which we found upon further research. The interior light works but there's a common connection issue that stops the keypad from being active. We are buying the same one just becuase in the end we want to keep the design aspect but the warranty is an issue and the cost to inspect the issue is 1/3rd the cost of a new one.

Like the shorter profile of the microwave, and the added space above the stove. Good led lighting, better than my previous microwave. Functions as a microwave should. Like the looks of the unit in the kitchen. Pleased with the purchase. Paid a little more for the unit with the stronger exhaust fan. Dont have it vented outside yet, but seems to draw out smoke well.

I bought this one in November 2023, and the Smart slim microwave looks good and works very well. So far, I have no issues.

Bought in open box condition, however parts were missing as well as packaging. Returned the item, and found another open box one. In the second time, it had all parts and the packaging. It is pretty heavy and I had to drive 4 hours to complete the purchases and return, but now the microwave works great. Was the driving worth it? That’s a tough question.

Pretty nice over the head range, I like how it sinks up with my stove so when you turn the stove on the hood comes on. They both have to be smart things though.

Wow !! This is the best microwave I have ever had I'm thrilled about 550 CFM exhaust it really works this microwave heats to perfection and the light is so bright o love it.

Had to buy this when kitchen cabinets did not fit other microwave we ordered. More than we would want to spend on microwave but it works! Too fancy for us but if you like the bells and whistles and the sleek look its a great choice!

We are enjoying our new microwave even while we are still learning how to use it. It is our first over the range microwave, and the slim profile fits our kitchen perfectly. Coming from a ten year old microwave, this new one is very impressive. We have yet to cook in it. We have only used it to reheat. It has a very powerful fan and the LED lights are nice and bright.
