DONT BUY!!!

They all gave us problems a few months after warrantee. Our first microwave was a oven/convection micro replaced 3 times. So we replaced it with a regular plain microwave purchased January 19th 2023, not even a year old, and now it's not working. Their products are pure GARBAGE, JUNK. BAD BAD BAD, DONT BUY SAMSUNG!!!

Good solid unit

Good to note that if installing against a wall on one side that the handle recess is blocked. Can still be opened but not as easily. Led lights are incredible.

Needs lighted keypad

Best Buy very easy to make returns on items. Only problem is panel not lit so it is very difficult to see numbers unless there is a lot of light in the kitchen. Needed to keep flashlight near to unit to see keypad which is very dark without a lot of light in area.

I would very much like to have this item. I was last told there was 23 of these microwaves in the Charlotte warehouse and all we want is one. They keep backing up the order. Not happy.

Deeper than expected

Only thing i did not care for (which i have accepted now) is the depth of this microwave. We hardly use one so i just wanted a smaller one but it sticks out quite a bit past the cabinets. Exhaust works great!

Disappointed in the lack of customer support

On the 16th we get a message that they're preparing our order...and then we get nothing. When I call Customer Service, they can't give me any information other than to say that it will now be in on the 19th. And now we're out to the 22nd and once again we've heard NOTHING. I called customer service last night and after being told that the rep couldn't see anything on ETA in the system, when I asked to speak to someone else who could possibly help me, she started yelling at me that nobody else can see anything either and then hung up on me. I've never had issues with Best Buy in the past and we spend a lot of money there, but I am so seriously disappointed in the lack of customer support and the run around we've been given on a item that their website said was already at their warehouse. There is a reason big box stores are starting to fold in favor of smaller sellers.

Microwave

I so regret it one day the microwave when on al by itself and it wouldn't shut off to be point it was smoking and melted the plastic food cover and the glass broke.Service was terrible and it started working again so it was never replaced.Last night I got home and the microwave fan went on again by itself on 4.Had to disconnected and is not working. I fear for it to catch on fire and burn my hose.
