Bought this microwave as an open box item. My contractor set it up, and it is pristine, was easy to connect to the Smart Things app, and works like a gem. I was even surprised by the power of the vent. So good, I encouraged my sister to invest in one for her new kitchen.

Fan with charcoal filters moves the oders out of the way quickly. It's also connected to the stove via wifi. When the stove is turned on, the microwave fan will automatically turn on. It's easy to set up with the Smart things App and make cooking adjustments. LED lighting makes it easy to see what progress is being made in cooking

Would have given it 5 stars if it had a lighted key pad. So far it is working great. Has a lot of nice features. Does a great job with food.

Love the form factor and quality. Only drawback is that you have to pull the door to open (vs the Whirlpool and KitchenAid models similar to this which have an electronic door opener at the push of a button), the reason this matters is because pulling the door (which is pretty hard to open) can result in the microwave starting to wiggle in its bracket - never had this on the whirlpool.

Needed to replace the builder special venting microwave with something that would actually remove smoke above the range. Thankfully, this does just the thing without needing a dedicated hood.

the microwave works as all we know, as microwave, the design is great and looks very modern on my kitchen, people did not notice as a microwave, lol.

This microwave is awesome and has a lot of hidden features. A bonus is the app but you can know when your food is ready!

Another great Samsung product. I live this microwave oven. Modern looks and all. Two areas of improvement only: need to make the 30 sec button an immediate response button like in other brands. I have at least 3 microwave ovens that the 30 sec button starta the cooking rishy away, without yhe need to press ok or start. Another small annoyance is that there's no oven height clearance for those pre-cooked rice bags.

Great microwave combined with a stove. Compact size gives more stovetop room. Fan works great.

Good service quick order set up and received order on time

We already had a Samsung Smart Range so this was a nice addition. We are using the "smart" connection and have the range & microwave communicating. Turn a burner on the Range and the ventilation fan automatically comes on. Also, perfect size since our cupboard above the range is kinda taller than normal cupboards. Works great!

Powerful fan and a very low noise microwave – exactly what I needed to eliminate smoke in the house.

Five stars for Best Buy, delivered fast when out of stock elsewhere. The microwave is great and would be five stars, except somehow mine was shipped with either the wrong mounting bracket or paper mounting template. After half an hour or trying to fit it and wondering what was wrong, I figured the bracket needed to be just over 1/4 inch lower than the template fixed it. Once I re-drilled the holes and remounted the bracket it fit with no problems.

Too high tech. Only need a basic microwave. Wanted a slim model and unfortunately it has all the smart wifi functions.

Wow !! This is the best microwave I have ever had I'm thrilled about 550 CFM exhaust it really works this microwave heats to perfection and the light is so bright o love it.
