    Scheduled for installation twice this microwave. Both times this shady company called mega brothers came out and had an excuse why they couldn't do the installation. Do yourself a favor. If mega brothers is scheduled for the installation, cancel the order. Best buy needs to get rid of this clown show installer.

    This microwave has zero volume contol for the beeps. It’s either painfully loud, or off. The air recirculator is obnoxiously loud, even at the lowest speed. Pretty sure Best Buy installed it incorrectly as well because the recirculation doesn’t work. The timer function is buried too far in the menus and doesn’t operate intuitively.

    Microwave 'works' just 'Fine'. Tha said, the Control Panel is NOT remotely 'Readeable' IMHO. I contacted SAMSUNG & was told to 'Put on my Glasses' (Beyond RUDE.) THis Unit NEEDS a 'Backlit' Control Panel...IMHO.
