Still trying to learn some of the features to use.

This countertop convection oven makes motel living and cooking so much better than just a microwave cuz it allows a person to cook a meal instead of just heating up a TV dinner!!

Bought it for its grill, convection and microwave functions to save counter space. We used this unit 3 times a day for its 3 functions. In9 less than 2 weeks it stop working while using convection set to 1hr at 450C to cook a whole chicken. When i came back after an hour, chicken wasn't even half~cooked and unit no longer power on. Worst Samsung product.

Smart looking and cooks great too. Browns with the convection oven. Door opens down so you can rest hot dish on it until you get better grip to move.

It is difficult to figure out how to use this appliance. However the more I have used it, the better it's getting. I really won't be able to say how I really feel until i get more time in with it.

This has become a favorite, first got it to reheat pizza ( convection) the next day ( reheats and crisps the crust mmm) don use the stove or oven anymore, even caught it on sale

It is a great product, it’s pretty big and gas so many functions that i still didn’t figured it all out. It is a great product, I’m satisfied with the purchase.

The convection oven works beautifully as well as the microwave. The manual could be clearer regarding settings, and it would be helpful if a cookbook were included with the unit. Otherwise, we are very pleased with the appliance

Looks like a great unit with many features! We can't wait to install it permanently in our new kitchen, but we have tried it, and it works well in all modes.

after we got it unpacked discovered the instruction booklet was not in the box. Called Bestbuy and was advised to pack it back up and return it. Too much trouble. Went online and printed one. Why Bestbuy can't give better advice is beyond me.

best microwave/mini oven yet. heats up pretty quick(one would hope lol) but its awesome especially during the day when you don't wanna fire up the big oven just for yourself.

We are very disappointed that after spending a significant amount of time and money looking for a microwave that we would get one that so clearly damaged at the factory. Please see the attached two pictures. The first is the "stock" picture of the Samsung - 1.2 cu. ft. Countertop Convection Microwave Model: MC12J8035CT that we purchased. The second picture is of the microwave that we received from Best Buy. I picked it up from the store in Brookfield, WI. Got home, unpacked it and you can see in the picture the dent and the lack of the ceramic enamel that should be there. The door does not close properly due to the dent. You have to close the door with some force in-order for the door to close completely and the interior light to turn off. We will be exchanging this for another one at Best Buy later today, however until we get one in working order my rating for this is only 1 star, willing to change our rating once we get a working non-damaged one.

Use over a year with no problem , excellence for combine microwave and oven.

Loved the oven. For well within our island and great design.

Excellent microwave oven. Has so many different features

We've had this for awhile and it works great! Have yet to try all the features. The manual gives you a lot of examples for using the different functions.

No issues or problems thus far. Seems to perform extremely well in every area advertised and coincides with other reviews.

I like this product but think the controls are a little complicated to use
