This is a great microwave. I love Samsung products.

We are remodeling our kitchen and using this for our only oven. It is working great. The turn table inside is 15.5". Big enough to cook a frozen pizza. We use the crispy plate (included) to cook anything from cookies to chicken to vegetables.

Works as described. My only complaint so far is the turntable comes off track too easy. This usually happens when removing something heavy after baking and sliding it out why trying to keep my hands away from the heating element.

I bought this product one day wondering thru BestBuys aisles... looks great and sofisticated... it works as a small range oven and microwave plus air fryer... my wife loves it...

This was the only drop-down door model I could find. With its trim kit to make it seem built in, It is perfect for my newly remodeled kitchen peninsula--attractive, out of the way, but accessible.

It works wonderful. It’s a little large and bulky for a cabinet top, though.

Aware that the power was less than previous microwave. Clock difficult to set. The various functions: air fry, convection etc, work like a charm.

This microwave/oven does amazing defrosting to cooking all in one. I can't believe when you defrost your food it doesn't cook or look brown when done

Does everything and smaller than most microwaves. Did a great steak and a super meatloaf

This is both a microwave and an oven. I can bake cakes and make pizza using the oven feature. All of this and it uses a regular outlet plug!

smart anything is smarter than you are in the beginning. learning to use this oven has taken time but it's time well spent.

It feels solid and works great so far. Love the way the door handle was placed. It feels natural to open and close.

Failed in just 13 months. Never lived up to expectation as it took longer than cheaper models to warm up food. Convection combo w/ microwave was useless. Currently, it's just blowing cold air. Called Samsung who wants be to carry this ginormous and weighty item to a repair shop and then pay for the services and repair costs. Item takes up a huge space and from my point of view, is not worth purchasing. I wish I had bought another make/model that would eat less space, last longer, and be more effective in warming food. I do not recommend this item to anyone.

This is our 2nd one; the first lasted 5 years so we bought another when the start button quit working. The 2nd one is very loud when running the convection oven part of it, very disappointed. Now we get to deal with Best Buy and returning with no box.
