It is extremely noisy and has an odd smell as well, the convection on it is worthless and it produces the strange odor more when using the convection. This thing overheats so bad I worry it will catch fire so now it sits unplugged and out of service in the house. Spend your money on another unit, save a headache.

You hear the super loud fan when you set at 400 degrees but you never hear is already hot then when u want to put the pizza you obviously have to open the door, well the machine stops working sooooo where is the preheating? Tooo complicated I wish I didn’t buy

As soon as being plugged in, light inside flickers and makes buzzing noise when not operating. Electrician looked at it, said not safe to be plugged in. Samsung will charge $200 non refundable just to come out then parts & labor will be added. Not sure if it makes sense to try to repair. Very unhappy with the product.

Not what I was expecting from Samsung

Power of microwave is considerably less than other lower priced units. Menu inside door (necessary to operate) in tiny print, need flashlight to read. My wife can't read it at all. Requires several steps to heat anything. To sum it up, an ergonomic disaster. Nearly useless as a microwave oven when compared to other ovens we've had.
