Nope. It kept blowing out the circuit breakers and then it stopped working. Luckily I had the 45-day return time, otherwise, I would have been very upset to have to go through the warranty.

He is still wondering when he gets another plate, there is a warranty purchased for the microwave.

Trim kit was for 30-inch cabinet; I have 24-inch. To reiterate what another reviewer has said, owner's manual says, "Not for built-in installation." It also talks about the need for ventilation, "leaving at least 4 inches (10 cm) of space behind and on the side of the oven and 8 inches (20 cm) of space above." Why sell a trim kit if the oven is not meant for buit-in installation? I hope this helps someone. I don't typically write reviews.

It has arrived damaged each time. I hope this final time is the charm. If not I give up and will have to cut out new measurements on our kitchen island for a different microwave. I wish more could be done or looked into on how so many can be damaged. Just ridiculous. I'm so disappointed. I don't want to give any stars but I have to select at least one for the review to post.

Now 7 months later we have an error code C-A1 and we are asked to drive the unit to the service center which is an hour away. When the microwave works its a nice unit and looks very nice but I've had it with Samsung products. the new Samsung dishwasher has also been replace within a few months, I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the fridge and range.
