I did not return this Samsung Microwave with powerGrill black. Somebody at Best Buy’s decided to give it to someone else. It was within 40 miles of my front porch. And not charge my best buys account. I am glade my account will not be charged. But the Microwave was a gift for my daughter. Thanks. I will be careful not to buy from BestBuys. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Drop down door is a great touch, convection works great, overall a little too tall, there is no number pad, and no quick start like, to heat up a cup for coffee. Other than that, great looking and very powerful.

We bought this microwave from a competitor and it arrived dented on top and the control panel had multiple scratches on it. We returned it then ordered one from Best Buy. It also was has scratches on the same places. I contacted Samsung to report it and I suggested that they use a protective plastic coating on it as they do with their refrigerators. They told me that there was nothing that they could do and the cosmetics is not in the warranty. I contacted Best Buy customer service and she suggested that we return it and get a new one. At this point, my husband had installed it with the trim kit twice plus we figured that the third one would also be damaged. The Best Buy rep offered us a discount in the form of a gift card, that we accepted. The unit worked fine, but if ordering, beware that it my not arrive in pristine condition.

make sure it will fit in your wall, we had tech came out to measure and said it will fit, but when the real installers came in he said no way to fit in, upset, totally wasting time.

This microwave had already been cooked in, cosmetic damage and broken pieces.

This microwave is unusually complicated. Because they decided that people needed special functions, there are all kinds of options that I will never use partially because there are 44 pages of instructions which are not clear. The first 15 pages or so tell how to put the microwave together and it comes that way. Finding the instructions to simply turn on the microwave, or to turn on the convection oven are almost impossible to find. now that I know how to do those two things, the microwave is usable as it is the convection oven, but it was very frustrating figuring out how to do the simplest thing.

Great product, like having a second oven. Doesn't have hot keys for microwave "popcorn" but other than that, great.

Although the microwave convection oven was a great purchase in March 2019, it has since become obsolete. The only function it performs is convection, and the microwave heating element has ceased to function. Additionally, the turn table no longer spins.

Works great. Better than I expected. We use it for a microwave and an additional oven in the kitchen.

I've been a very happy with this conviction microwave. This is our second one. It also acts as an air fryer with the convection and heating element on the top of the oven. Another feature that I really like is the drop front door on it will highly recommend it.

Thought i would like combining an air fryer and microwave but it has Overwhelming options.

I had to create an account to review. I bought this through BestBuy using PayPal guest, because I hate accounts. So you would do well to heed my warning. I received this conv/microwave Dec 6,2017. I had it up and running within a week. I made sure to put it in a corner location several inches from touching at any point because it gets hot and needs ventilation. It is now DEAD, DEAD, DEAD, no lights, no nothing. It has been a month since it last worked. I waited a month to write this because I did not want an angry bias to be a part of this review. I reviewed this microwave before buying and there were a few warnings, but I went ahead because there were many more good ones. If you do not mind dropping 350 for eight months of service using mostly the microwave feature, good luck. As for me, me and Samsung are no longer together. I warn you because reviews are important to me.

I wish it were easier to transition for the microwave to the convection oven. It takes more time than expected to get the convection oven hot.

Love this microwave. Only have had it about 3 weeks but so far it's been great. I did have to return the first one I received like this because the buttons were not working right. But this one is good, barely have to touch the settings for it to respond.

Was a great product but two real failings: 1.) Hard to use. There were number codes for different functions rather than words appearing in LED display. Without the handbook to translate it was impossible to use any of the advanced functions. 2.) Unreliable. In the first few weeks the glass tray shattered from heating, had to wait many weeks for a replacement (which has since been just fine). Then less than a year after the major warranty expired the electronics fried themselves, motor and board. Only the emitter is warrantied for 10 years. So a very pricey fix, as much as a new unit. Junked it and got a cheaper reliable model from another manufacturer. Would not recommend or buy again, sorry.

I had this Samsung Convention Microwave for atleast 5 years. It has performed very well and has always done it's job to heat things up. I would highly recommend anyone to buy this unit with the protection plan for a peace of mind...

Its a microwave, its it's an oven, it's the best of both in one device. It takes less room than several devices.

Best Buy showed it in stock. IT WASN'T!! MY MONEY WAS QUICKLY DEDUCTED FROM MY CHECKING AND QUICKLY REFUNDED. ONE WEEK LATER HERE I AM WAITING FOR THE BANK TO ISSUE MY MONEY!! BEST BUY DO NOT SHOW SOMETHING FOR SALE THAT YOU DO NOT ACTUALLY HAVE!!!!!!!! ALL YOU DID WAS TIE UP MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!

Havent had it long enough to explore many of the functions, but like what weve used so far. The price was $100 over Home Depot's price, but thankful for the price match.

good over all but the warning sound quit working, lets you know we things are finished
