The good so far is we were ableto use it to reheat crispy chicken as well as other left overs that kept the texture of the food intact, The negative is that the trim kit that comes as the built in accessory is stainless; so the microwave with the trim kit looks a little mismatched. Will continue review as we become better accustomed to the other uses.

The weak point of this microwave I have experienced so far is the turntable coupler. It is broken after 3 1/2 years but it can be replaced easily. It is the second one i bought. The first one has broken coupler as i mention above and will be the backup one.
