After searching around town for a mid-size counter top microwave oven, we visited Best Buy. For what ever reason microwave manufacturers have stopped including a feature in the controls such that you can silence the annoying beeps when entering cook time and when the cycle is done. But....we found the Samsung 3020CM model which has a easy to use "sound" button to turn off the annoying beeps. This model also has a porcelain interior which is much more durable than the painted interiors of just about all microwaves we have looked at recently. In addition to the helpful "sound" button, this model is very stylish and sharp looking. If you are in the market for a microwave oven, we 100% endorse Samsung!

The reason we got this microwave was how nice and shinny it looks, but after a couple months we love the functions and the fact that is like a conventional oven too. So you can put some hot wings and instead of having some hot dry wings , you get like " just made " wings. And is easy to clean too.

I bought this in October of last year and today is mid April. I received it as promised. It didn't open it because I was still busy setting up the apartment. Pros: The microwave is efficient and delivers the expected temperature when I heat or cook my food. The look is clean and the stainless steel is nice Cons; Product: 1- I was disappointed that the panel is not lit. I usually keep the apt dark before I get to sleep and I rely on the computer and night lite to move around. If I have to heat some left over, I will have to turn the main kitchen light which ruins my body clock. 2- The door does not open when I press the button so I have to use both hands, one to push the button and one to open the door Cons; Shipping: When the box arrived, it didn't show any damage. after I get around to using it, I noticed that the back end of the box is bent. I let it go because it was functioning OK. I think the door mechanism failed because of the damaged box In summary: I am happy with the Microwave. I wish I opened it as soon as I received it.

This microwave does all the usual microwavy things. Just a note to buyers online, the pic makes it seem like the unit has a stainless steel kind of look to it. WRONG! The entire door looks like a mirror instead.. which is very cool just unexpected. You can see the food when the light turns on inside..but yeah...SHINY! Enjoy the pic :D

This microwave has real nice design to it. Plus I'm very impressed in how quiet it operates.

This seem to be a little expensive for me. However, when I began using this, I knew I made a right decision. I like how it looks quite fancy on an old kitchen countertop, and the eco function of it. It does a great job in reheating food and in grilling porkchop. I just love it!

I love this new microwave! Its user friendly, modern and sleek. It matches our black appliances nicely.

I recently purchase this microwave, I was attracted by its look first. Then, the brand. The price was the last thing. Not bad for a microwave combo. It means that is a microwave and it has oven features. The wire rack and grilling plate... insane! I have used the grilling feature, it is amazing! The overall microwave is excellent.

This is probably the nicest microwave oven I've ever used. Price is good, I got it on the sale so it was even better, but even at the full price, it's a good value. It looks absolutely stunning (for an appliance), but a little warning... pictures on the site make it appear silver, in reality it's most definitely black, a nice black mirror front, and black sides, I recommend seeing it in person if possible first. Also it collects finger prints like crazy, but here is a cool part, as far as I can tell, the whole reflective front is real glass, so it's easy to clean and should be scratch resistant. The operation is quiet and efficient, no big surprises there, it's a top brand after all. I haven't tried the grill feature yet, I'm sure it's cool, but it's not what I bought a microwave for. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good looking and feature packed microwave oven.

Cooks and heats very well. Power is lower so it takes a little longer but I find things heat more evenly because of this. Easy to clean inside, quiet compared to our old Sharp, and looks great with the rest of our black appliances. Grilling feature isn't all it's cracked up to be but we're still experimenting with it.

This microwave is on the bigger side, but it is very sleek. There are a lot of cool functions too, for example, after the timer runs to 0, the microwave will beep every 20-30 seconds to remind you to open the door.

bought this microwave to replace old one. bought in store and had no problems so far. 1000 watt microwave, ceramic inside, and grill with cooking plate and stand extra. works well and looks good. would recommend to anyone.

Easy to operate lots of presets. Nice browning feature, turntable, stand and cooking tray for the top. Nice size, hard to beat the price on sale when I purchased it. I like Samsung products they seem to work well, and durable.

bought this microwave in store looks great easy to setup and has the ability to grill. Uses 1,000watts of power and is 1.4 cubic feet decent size for microwaving large meals. would recommend to anyone.

This was better than I expected. It not only looks sharp but also provides the ability to grill inside. And large enough to accommodate everything I need. The only things I miss is being able to look inside when it's cooking. It has a black mirror-like front that is very sharp so with that, I have quickly gotten used to the difference. And instead of a button to add 1 minute to the cooking, it has a 30 second option instead. This microwave far exceeds my last one. If this ever breaks, I would absolutely get another one. I Love it.....

This unit is a good size and has great features. I especially like that it can features to function similar to a toaster-oven when needed. Fantastic price for what you get.

The microwave itself is like most others, heats food and pops popcorn like it should. The great addition to this microwave is the toaster/ grill element!! There is a pan included in which you can elevate with an included stand. It takes about 2 minutes for the element to heat up fully but after that it’s like having the broiler option in a toaster oven or conventional over (smaller of course)! We have used it for bratwurst, hotdogs, and thin steaks so far and it has not failed to produce excellent results. A bagel is toasted perfectly if you take out the turn table and use the grill option! I love this microwave and recommend it for anyone who wants a dependable product that can do more than just heat water!!

Was looking to upgrade my previous microwave we've had for 10 years. Was only interested in a Samsung counter top microwave because all my current appliances are Samsung. If you are looking for a stainless steel microwave do not get this one, it is more black then anything and the front is mirror. It is a good looking microwave, smaller then my previous one on the outside but just as big on the inside. I have not used the grill yet, so I can not comment on that, just use for basic stuff and so far no problems.
