Love the design and it is decent a quiet. A bit expensive and you'll need the counter space. Have not tried the bacon frying feature but looks cool.

Looks sharp, only bummer is that the manual is wrong in a couple of places. I told Samsung, and they said they would work on future corrections. I was a bit disappointed to find out it only has 950 watts. 1000 + is usually preferred for cooking food thru, but since it has the grill and microwaves coming in multiple directions it seems to do fine anyway. The instructions say to press a button twice to switch to a different food type, but that doesn't work. When it talks about the combi-function, it is not accurate in that you cannot switch power-level when using that function. That is the issue I brought up with Samsung. Overall though I am pleased and the appearance is quite stunning.

This is an unusually attractive microwave, which looks great in my kitchen. For the size and wattage, the performance is fantastic.

Despite the dim light inside of this microwave due to the mirror door, this microwave has so many features and is worth purchasing.

Microwave is simple to use. Door closes quietly compared to other brands. The operation is also quiet when in use.

I'm very pleased with this microwave. It looks great in my kitchen, a little different than most other microwaves. The door is very reflective, almost mirror-like and it's a little tough to see through the glass as your food is cooking. It's not as powerful as my previous microwave, but it definitely seems to cook more evenly.

Was looking for microwave and found this one perfect size for my plates works very well and comes with A pan to heat up pizza .

Bought the item for our office kitchen. it is simple to use, while still having all the necessary features.

The microwave was delivered in excellent protection and was undamaged when opened and installed. This countertop microwave is compact and has great microwave and heating features that eliminate the need for a countertop toaster oven. Great appearance easy to use, and helpful attachments accompany the microwave.

Bought it for the looks and was intrigued by the grill function. But, it's more of a novelty than a fully functional grill. The grill + microwave setting doesn't serve much of a function since the microwave works much faster than the grill. Great idea, maybe someday they'll make one that works as well as I had hoped. Good little microwave that looks good in our kitchen that has a mix of black and stainless steel appliances. Because the microwave is black with a stainless look.

The value was 170.00, is compact, eye appealing, and has several features I like which other microwaves did not have.

Nice compact oven. Slides on counter surface needs something under to prevent this.. Heats well.

Had hard time finding micro that would fit in our microwave cabinet. This one works in the space. Really like how it heats up your food. Easy to keep clean. Like the over all look. Would recommended it

Originally we bought this Samsung as an open box item. We took it home and everything appeared as new. It worked for about three days then just refused to operate at all, not even the clock on the front worked. We returned to Best Buy and received a new one with no problems. It has worked for us perfectly. We like the clean mirrored look of the appliance. Has extras to cook pizza with, which is just OK. We will need to try some more with other pizza brands.

The new microwave was a big step up for us as we had a small old one before. What a difference! We are still learning all the cool settings. A ton of things we never knew possible with a microwave oven. The cooking is even and no issues with splattering. We are very pleased so far with this purchase. and it looks great as well. It is nice to be able to fit a whole full sized plate Inside easily. I would recommend!

Needed a replacement microwave for a Sharp microwave we previously had that suddenly died. After reading hundreds of reviews online, primarily on Best Buy.com and Amazon.com, I narrowed my selection to an LG or this microwave. I liked the combined functionality of the baking tray and/or microwave feature of this unit. My local Best Buy had this unit in stock. Went to visually check it out and the attractive finish of the unit sealed the deal. The front finish is mirrored, rather than stainless steel, with a black casing. The unit looks attractive with many other appliance fixture finishes, not just stainless steel. Not like any other unit I have seen. Have not used the bake feature much yet, but the microwave cooks nicely. Like the preset softening setting for things like butter and cream cheese. Time will tell, but so far happy with my purchase.
