When I received this product, I found multiple problems within 5 minutes. And I decided to return it after the first run. 1. The bottom of this microwave is not even flat. When I put it on my kitchen island, the microwave is not stable and I can easily shake it with one finger. I have never seen any appliance like this before. 2. The metal shell doesn't align with the door. 3. It makes loud and different kinds of noise. The noise changes randomly as you touch different sports of the microwave. It sounds like the whole microwave is going to fall apart. 4. The buttons are super difficult to use. I have to press the button very hard to make it work. I have a Samsung refrigerator and it works well for a long time. So Samsung is my first choice when I need to buy an appliance. But I am very disappointed this time.

Love the black stainless steel look. The size is large enough to fit casserole dishes and large serving plates, without being bulky.

Easy to clean and use. Interior light could have been brighter though.

Good size microwave for counter-nice features but maker should have illuminated buttons or made them bigger. Labels are too small

The only thing I don't like about it is has very bad lighthing

This microwave is the perfect size for my apartment. Not to small, but big enough to heat my meals right the first time, and easy to clean.

Great microwave! Only thing is on the sensor cook, stop it 15-30 seconds before it ends because it will overcook the food.

I have all Samsung appliances. I love the look of this microwave and it functions well. The only thing wrong is that the time display never keeps the correct time.

We had a Samsung microwave with grill feature prior to this purchase that died. Chose to replace it with this one - the cook times seem to be efficient and it fits in with the rest of the stainless steel appliances in our kitchen.

Great microwave! My favorite part is how spacious it is and the beverage button it has because with the sensor it has you mo longer have to calculate how hot you want your drink to be because the microwave does it for you.

Took forever to receive pretty sure purchase got lost in the system had to call 2x in regards to when it was going to be shipped. The micro itself is a lot bigger than I thought it would be but its excellent!
