We exchanged without an issue thinking that was a defective one. 2nd microwave... Had this a few months & now past the return point. This make an AWFUL noise when heating up the food. It seriously sounds like is going to explode. 10/10 would NOT recommend. In this case 2 strikes and your out. Won't be ordering a Samsung appliance again.

Would have gave 5 stars but when they delivered they put it on driveway in front of garage door in plane sight instead they could have put in in court yard on front porch where a brick wall would hide it from street.

And what do you know...it has quit working on me entirely! Purchased 10/11/2019....no longer works 04/13/2020. Samsung used to make better products. Apparently not anymore. Purchase at your own risk.

I love that the preset buttons actually work as they say, unlike my previous microwave. The melting butter button works perfectly. Only negatives i have are the glass being too dark and the metal skin is very thin and was dented out of the box. Works great though.
