They won't send someone to fix it since I live too far from the repair store, and now I have to inconvenience myself to drive it to get repaired. No more purchasing big ticketed items from them.

I tried to consult with a Best Buy geek squad member, and no solution. Finally, I called the number on the back of the user manual for Samsung Pro for a solution. I think I'll be getting a replacement turntable soon.

When I called a Samsung repair company, they wanted $150 to repair and replace parts. I paid less to buy the microwave. I’m very disappointed since I have numerous Samsung products.
