Also, I wasn't expecting the interior to be so dark. But, it warms/ cooks food, so it does what it was designed to do.

Thank you for providing your feedback regarding our Samsung microwave door being too dark and noisy. We understand that it's convenient for us to see our food inside the microwave while heating it and we apologize for that inconvenience. The good thing about that feature of our microwave is to prevent us from being exposed to Microwave radiation. We also apologize for the inconvenience of the microwave making a loud noise. We understand that it is sometimes uncomfortable to hear something unusual about our appliances, especially if they are making unusual sounds.

Only negative thing is that the door glass is too dark. So dark, even with the light inside on you can hardly tell that there is something in side let alone tell if it is cooking/done.

Samsung makes quality products, we especially liked the ceramic interior. Easy to operate and has plenty of power.

It is very effective at heating up food and would recommend not setting for 1 minute and leaving. Keep an eye on your food!
