But very nice and super easy to use. The only thing I wish for is the inside light needs to be brighter so that you can see while its cooking / warming up. It has a very dim light and hard to see thro the door. Not a big deal...

So difficult to find a not too deep "counter top" as we needed. The buttons require a very firm push, not what we're used to. I'm used to it already though. Everything else is normal/typical for a microwave.

I saw a revue saying that the plastic of the touch pad was damaged in a week . But is the removable one. The quality is great .

It makes an odd humming noise that seems to quiet down if you place your hand on it's left side. It works like any other microwave but I expected better from Samsung.

The buttons and functions are easy to use and understand. Cons: the door doesn’t latch right so it doesn’t open right and you have to push it in to close it. The door is covered with blackout film so even though there is a light you cannot see inside the microwave to see if your food is okay or not.
