It is now Feb 6th and the door doesn't close properly. The button to open it sticks and the door is open but does not pop open. When you close the door you need to press firmly on the door to activate it functioning property. Crap!

Posted .We want you to have a working microwave, TerraM. Let's go ahead and check some possible fixes.
If the door doesn't open or close smoothly, first check if the door seals have built up impurities. Use a soft cloth and soapy water to clean both the inner and outer sides of the oven. Rinse and dry well.

Pros - interior matches the interior of our Samsung range oven. Heats evenly and quickly. Sensor cooking is excellent. Cons - “Eco” mode, which switches off the clock, turns back on after using the oven. Interior light is useless due to 1) the interior paint being so dark, and 2) the window is heavily tinted.
