    I expected a lot more from this microwave. It looks nice but it definitely does not have enough power. It takes a long time to heat up food. The door does not open without pressing the button multiple times or you have to pull the door at the same time as pressing the button. Doesn't work as it should.

    First off. Its a lower end unit so expectations aren’t extremely high. Buttons feel cheap. Light is dim when using so can’t see the food you are heating up. Other than those two flaws. It works great for heating up food.

    Sensor cooking does not work. Tried it a couple of times and completely burnt our food and turned it to bricks. Also the light is an orange glow. You cannot see your food cooking/burning at all while it is inside.

    I have been a Samsung product user for many years with their cellphones & TV's. So, when my microwave went out, I thought since I have used two of their other products without many issues, and thought I'd have better luck with a Samsung microwave as well! Well, I am more than pleased with the quality in workmanship with the Samsung 1.4 cu ft. Countertop Microwave as to how flawless it's worked since day one. I'm quite sure you'll be most happy with this model as well. Thank you!

    The Microwave interior is spacious, heats food with less minutes than normal Microwaves and also gives options depending on what the individual heating up or defrosting

    Love the microwave, slightly larger than my previous which I didn't realize was so limiting until I bought this one. Also love the ECO feature to basically turn off the microwave ie clock and display

    This micro has really hard to push, buttons. The light inside is dim also. And lastly the button you push to open the door is fading fast! Like it has a very weak spring inside. I fear it is going to stop working altogether very soon! Cooks fine just like any microwave.

    I'm not wild about it. It's not well-lit inside. I wasn't thinking of it when i made the purchase, but I'd prefer a door handle to a push button. The unit in my last apartment was easier to use. The keypad is a little weird. But it works just fine.
