I understand you having issues with pressing buttons on your control panel. using the pad of any finger is best practice. This way you can ensure you are centered in the button when pressing. ^Brad

The old one died last week. The Samsung took its place on the countertop and has competently handled every task given to it. We are pleased. Thanks Best Buy for providing a competitively priced option not made in China. We go out of our way not to buy products made there.
