Great money saver compared to sliding microwaves worth 1,500. This one is pretty easy to press the buttons and see the clock. Not easy (or really not possbile) to see inside clearly, but since it is in the island, I don't care. This product works great for many months now. Great quality and power.

Faulty door

The door would not open unless you used your other hand to help pry it open. The button felt cheap and loose when pushed. Packed it back up and returned it. Ordered a Panasonic instead and have been happy with it so far.

Works Ok, but keypad not easy on the eyes

If the keypad controls had more contrast so its easy to operate, would be great. When you put this on a counter top, you would have to really get close to see and press the keypad.
