It fit our countertop, it looked nice, and it heated things up just fine. It was a little on the noisy side, but nothing too bad. We used it pretty regularly, 8 or 10 times a day to heat stuff up. Then, yesterday, it just stopped working. The timer will run when you start it, but the microwave unit doesn't kick in. The owners manual doesn't have much in the way of useful troubleshooting suggestions. It comes with a one year warranty on parts and labor, so I wasn't too concerned. But I checked the Samsung Support website for repair options and nothing comes up in my area (suburban Chicago.) I tried to get through to a Support person via chat yesterday, but the chat wait time was almost an hour with 30+ people ahead of me. I didn't have time to wait through that so I'll try again today. Very disappointed though that this unit couldn't even last three months.
