When I called a Samsung repair company, they wanted $150 to repair and replace parts. I paid less to buy the microwave. I’m very disappointed since I have numerous Samsung products.

I tried to consult with a Best Buy geek squad member, and no solution. Finally, I called the number on the back of the user manual for Samsung Pro for a solution. I think I'll be getting a replacement turntable soon.

Avoid at all costs

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this microwaves three separate times and had to return them all. -The first one had internal damage where the coating was chipped to the bare metal. -The second one the button stopped opening the door when you pressed it. You had to press the button then manually pull the door open. (There's another 1 star review here where that exact same thing happened.) -The third one was damage behind the UI panel. A plastic brace piece broke off so with hardly any force at all you could pull the entire UI panel off the front.
