    I am a fan of Samsung. Most of my appliances are Samsung. This microwave is ok but it doesn’t really heat the food up warm enough to me. Unless, you put it on 2:50 minutes or higher. You shouldn’t have at do that for an 1100 watt microwave. I think it does that because it has a sensor. I had a previous microwave that was 1000 watts, if you put it on 1:00 minute, the food was smoking hot. It was a GE. It went out, so I bought this one. I am not pleased with this microwave.

    it heat fairly quick and the only real issue is the door opener barely work , seems very cheap buy overall its been working ok

    The Control panel buttons are hard to see --- could have had a backlight -- and the 'buttons' are hard to push --- but it does heat up food and that's it's real purpose regardless of it's human interface

    This microwave is nice looking and it’s quiet. But I hate that you can not see inside while you’re using it. So you can easily boil over or overheat foods and drinks.

We understand that it's convenient for us to see our food inside the microwave while heating it and we apologize for that inconvenience. The good thing about that feature of our microwave is to prevent us from being exposed to Microwave radiation.

    Works fine but I was dissatisfied with how long the light lasted on it. Light lasted only 6 months. I've had other microwave ovens that I had many years and never ever had to change the light on the inside. Called Samsung customer service and was told that the light bulb is only supposed to last 6 months. I purchased all Samsung appliances for my kitchen and I am disappointed in all of them.
