It just looked like it was made in haste and not completely finished. ☹️. Had to return it because the recipient of the gift did not feel safe using it. Now we hunt for another microwave. Hopefully this was just a random error.

Managed to open the unit by prying the door from the top. Once open, the unit would not close using a normal amount of force. Returned for full refund.

Store closures make returns hard, otherwise it would have been returned. Very slow-almost twice the time needed compared to previous microwave of the same power rating. Uneven heating-hot and cold spots. Also, interior light is a joke, and touchpad is not very responsive. Have to push buttons repeatedly to get them to work.

Turns out it's a much missed and needed feature. The light is too dim to see inside. It is a bit noisy and the buttons are a little hard to push but not a deal breaker. It does cook evenly and I like the eco feature that turns the blue light off when not in use. overall it does what a microwave is suppose to do so I'm happy with it.
