Very bad reliability.

After a normal cook cycle when the door was opened to get the cooked item out, the dish starts to rotate again and won't stop. Thirteen months is a bad reliability problem. Would certainly not recommend it, nor will I buy the Samsung brand microwave again.

Not great

If you open the door and move the glass dish a bit it will stop, for a while. I have tried many things to get it to stop...expecting the rotate feature to fail at some point as that noise isn't normal.

Had the 1st one delivered there was a dent on the bottom, back and side. Returned and ordered another one. On the 2nd one the side screw was screwed in too far and dented the side and there was something wrong with the heating as well. Wouldnt warm up a cup of water in 30 secs even on high settings. For a 1000 watt microwave unacceptable. Returned.

Returned unit. Warped door/cheap feel
