When I got into the apartment it was April and not Feb like It was suppose to be. I opened the microwave and it was damaged. The side was pushed out. It was not dented like something hit it and the box was in tact. Still Best Buy would not exchange it bc it was past the window.

Product and service is horrible

I am beyond disappointed with this purchase and more so with the runaround from the Geeksquad. The microwave was bought in 10/21 and now doesn’t work. I buy the 4 yr insurance and can’t get a simple replacement. Incredible!!!

Broken in a year

It is impossible to do a DIY repair because they use special screws. So it's either pay a repair person or get a new one. I'll be getting a new one, but I will never buy Samsung appliances again

Called & they said send it back when we get the replacement. We did. Second one lasted 1 week , then start button would not work. Returned to store. Very poorly made .

Not worth the price!
