    Was hoping this microwave was going to be of good quality however, the door doesn’t open and close properly. I also have to push the buttons really hard in order to get the microwave to work.

    This is seriously a piece of junk and now i have been without a microwave for a week! I ordered this and it came in with a door that wouldnt open or closw unless u lifted it with one hand while pressing the button with the other. Returned it, got a new one shipped... now this ones number panel is loose!!! And doesn't work obviously. 2 defective ones? Thats ridiculous. Bye samsung.

    Nice microwave but they don't last. If you want to replace it every 2 years get this one. My first one quit working when the touch panel broke. This one just quit heating after 2 years. I really liked the ceramic interior for easy cleaning and no rust but I'm done with Samsung now.

    Stopped working completely after just over 2 years. Also, it doesn't have the "quick" options so, for example, if you want 3 minutes you have to push 3-0-0.

    The tinted glass in the door is to dark. Cannot see what is cooking. I replaced the 25 watt bulb with a 8w LED with 75 watt equivalent and still could not see thru the door. This is NOT stainless steel. The enclosure is grey painted steel. The trim piece in front might be stainless.

    Bought this on March 2018, i.e., less than three years ago. A week ago, the Microwave would turn on when the door is opened (yes, you read right). And, now, it doesn't turn on at all. Is a Microwave supposed to last just three years?
