Warm Food

Awful!

I ordered this and it came in with a door that wouldnt open or closw unless u lifted it with one hand while pressing the button with the other. Returned it, got a new one shipped... now this ones number panel is loose!!! And doesn't work obviously. 2 defective ones? Thats ridiculous. Bye samsung.

Only lasts 2 years or less.

My first one quit working when the touch panel broke. This one just quit heating after 2 years. I really liked the ceramic interior for easy cleaning and no rust but I'm done with Samsung now.

Stopped working after 2 years...

Dangerous to not be Able to See Thru Door

I replaced the 25 watt bulb with a 8w LED with 75 watt equivalent and still could not see thru the door. This is NOT stainless steel. The enclosure is grey painted steel. The trim piece in front might be stainless.

A week ago, the Microwave would turn on when the door is opened (yes, you read right). And, now, it doesn't turn on at all. Is a Microwave supposed to last just three years?
