First of all, the black stainless looks great. Being one of the larger microwave, it heats/cooks exceptionally.

I have had this microwave for about a month now and it is working as expected. I'm not being too critical as this will only be in use until my kitchen reno is done. I did read in the reviews that the buttons are hard to activate and I will agree. However, I am used to using my knuckles to punch the buttons on microwaves (I guess I picked this up by cooking and not wanting to get any residue that may be on my fingers on the buttons) and they are easy to activate this way rather than by fingertip. It is also tough to see the food as it is warming but this hasn't been a nuisance for me. It's a beautiful microwave that pretty much does what it should.

The microwave fits perfectly within my decor but the only problem is that it doesn't keep the right time. The clock doesn't work very well and I have no idea on how to fix it. But overall the microwave looks nice and works great.

Overall Samsung has the best quality control in the manufacturing world. This is a nice product for the money. It even has a feature that keeps what you are preparing warm until you get all the other items prepared. But this model does not try to dazzle you with mickey mouse options that are made for some millennial geek who just wants to play with another digital toy.

Buttons hard to push. Light inside very dim. Very light, move around when pushing buttons, fan noise. Heats ok for a 1000 watts.

Easy to operate, easy to clean. This is a great oven and an excellent value.

We got this microwave to match some of the other appliances we recently purchased. It's pretty. If you are looking for a quick and easy way to get some atomic motion on, then you came to the right place. But, it has it's flaws. Ever own a PS3? Remember how you looked at it and it got a fingerprint? After 10 minutes, a 3" layer of dust clung to like it had been sitting in an antique shop for decades? This does the same thing. Happy cleaning!

We were looking for a microwave that will meet our needs but also not take up too much space on our countertops. We found that this microwave fit our needs perfectly. We are a four person family and does use the microwave quite often and does require needs for us at times. We find the power is enough for us and that the functions cover all the bases. We did want black stainless steel and do like the look of it. The glass is dark and some may think it is too dark but it doesn't bother us. We found the price was right for the value and overall happy with this purchase.

Big, hard to see thru door. Only used a few times seems louder than my previous microwave.

We had our last microwave for more than 16 years and it finally gave out. I love this new microwave! It haa tons of features and very easy to clean.

Good microwave Heats well and functions as you would expect No current problems

My last Samsung microwave is still working after 22 years of usage, but I decided to upgrade to this model because of the ease of use and interior design for easier cleaning. The large interior area makes it very convenience to cook any size meal. I really love the 1 button push setting for cooking time to include defrosting time. Also, the "ECO" button is extremely great feature when microwave is not in use. Great microwave !
