love the black stainless steel design great product

Not sure what happened but I had the warranty on it and replaced this microwave within a year. It was rather loud and my family didn’t like it.

It’s fast, slik, nice looking microwave it’s beautiful

It is a little big to sit on your counter, but it really is a powerful machine. Cooking times and times needed for warming up foods are much quicker than I thought. I am really pleased with this purchase and I would definitely recommend this model and brand to anyone looking to purchase a counter top microwave.

I bought a black stainless steel fridge at the same time that I purchased this microwave. They are side by side in the kitchen and look great! This microwave works amazingly and I really like the fact that it does not have a handle. It's a nice clean modern look. The only thing I wish was different would be that the +30 seconds button actually initiates the microwave to start instead of sitting there for you to press the start button. It's a feature I had on my last microwave that is missing here. Otherwise, it's been incredible.

So far everything is working well with our new microwave and the only issue I have with it is due to the dark ceramic interior the light inside is not enough to view whatever you are heating inside of it. This issue especially applies to the fact that you cannot butter melting inside of it.

Chose this because it was one of the few that would fit in the cubby above our countertop. Very quiet. Light comes on when door is opened, which the Panasonic models I was looking at do not. Plenty of power. Has timer and a 30 second quick start button, which I wanted. My only disappointment was that only the front is stainless steel. The top & sides are black metal. This is deceiving from the ad. Luckily, due to its Placement in my kitchen it's not a big deal.

I purchased this microwave to replace a smaller one I had. This looks really great and works just like it should!

Bought this for my mother so she can heat up/cook meals. A bit larger than I expected but, so far, no complaints.

This is our first Samsung microwave. We liked the specs, design and reviews. Additionally, I really liked the ECO feature which enables you to shut off the clock when you're not using the microwave (and hopefully saves power too). The only thing I don't like about it is the light inside is not bright enough or the tinting on the glass is too dark so we can't see what's going on inside while it's on.

Difficult to see and use Keypad.Can't see food while cooking. Need a clear window and brighter inside light, other than that the price was right and the interior is easy to clean.

Already had another Samsung microwave and my husband now uses it in his workshop. However, this one is in the kitchen and i LOVE all the features of it! The sensor cooking feature is my favorite! Definitely does a great job with microwaving food perfectly without overdoing it!

The microwave works fine. The only thing bad is it has a black interior. Even when the light is on you cannot see inside when it is on. Cannot even tell when water is boiling

I haven’t had it for a year and it’s seems makes noise and it doesn’t seems to heat up food very well

bought this for my aunt as a replacement almost 2 years ago after hers died. since its more up to date than her previous dinosaur I had to play around with it to show her how to use it and she loves it. still going strong with lots of use

I wanted to love this microwave and should be 1 star, but I like the inside, otherwise within a few days the finish on the door button is wearing/coming off, you have to push the buttons really hard to get them to work, display is hard to read and very its noisy. I dont have the box it came in or I'd return it. I called best buy and their automated system was painful, waited on hold for so long the first time that I hung up, tried twice and then finally chose the option for a call back in 20 minutes .... and they never called me back. I expected better from Samsung and Best Buy trying to get through to anyone hasnt been great either.

It has an oven light that is only good at the time you put food in and take it out; otherwise, it is useless. The door glass is too dark and the light is not strong enough to illuminate anything while cooking so you can't tell if anything is overflowing. The buttons are also a little difficult to activate, which requires that the oven be backstopped against the back of the counter (in other words, you can't use it on an island or you'll push it right off the island trying to activate the buttons. I also had problems with some of the programmed functions but perhaps I just need to get used to what they can do and make adjustments.
