The light inside is do dim you can not see anything whilst it’s cooking . The door is very dark as well so that does not help. It cooks evenly and pretty fast . The outside cabinet is bit flimsy but since this is our first countertop maybe they are all like that .

We understand that it's convenient for us to see our food inside the microwave while heating it and we apologize for that inconvenience. The good thing about that feature of our microwave is to prevent us from being exposed to Microwave radiation.

It looks nice but it definitely does not have enough power. It takes a long time to heat up food. The door does not open without pressing the button multiple times or you have to pull the door at the same time as pressing the button. Doesn't work as it should.
