I returned the original, because it had a dent on the corner and rattled when using. The replacement, the door don’t open properly. This is a loud microwave! Apparently Samsung makes junk microwaves or I have bad luck. Not happy with this purchase at all.

The clock has stopped working after a few months, it feels cheap, doesn't have good grips on the bottom so it slides around on the countertop, it doesn't heat evenly and the coverings over the buttons are already starting to peel off.
