We understand that it's convenient for us to see our food inside the microwave while heating it and we apologize for that inconvenience. The good thing about that feature of our microwave is to prevent us from being exposed to Microwave radiation.

The push button open very hard to use and the door has to be slammed to shut. the plastic wheel that goes under the glass plate is broken, looked it up and will cost 24.99 to replace.
