I wasn't sure if I would like a black microwave since I have always had white, but the black exterior doesn't show smudges and it's gray speckled interiior is easy to keep clean and does not show splattered food. Food cooks evenly and it is very quiet to operate, with a reminding beep or two if you don't remove your food right away

So far, this Samsung microwave is living up to all expectations but I've only had it for about 30 days so I cannot give it a 5 star rating yet.

Upon arrival item was dented, broken and in pretty rough shape. I packed up my purchase and returned to Best Buy. One of the few pleasant experiences from the entire ordeal was the helpfulness of the employees. I was not able to exchange my item due to the fact it is no longer available. It was all n all a decent experience, but I am still out a microwave.

At full price, we'd probably have passed, but this deal priced it competitively, and it came home. Great power and features for the price, and plenty of room.
